We offer:
Dry cleaning & ironed laundry: items are processed individually, either dry cleaned or washed, then ironed and placed on hangers ready to wear.
Laundry Service (Wash & Tumble Dry): items are machine washed at 30 degrees and tumble dried at a medium temperature, then packed together (not ironed).
Ironing Only: send us your clean clothes and we'll iron them. Please note: ironing may not remove all wrinkles if items are extremely creased. For best results, we recommend "Dry cleaning & ironed laundry."
Bedding: items such as duvets, pillows, blankets, etc. require a 72-hour processing time and are priced individually.
Dry cleaning uses non-aqueous (non-water) cleaning solvents to clean fabrics and garments. It is ideal for removing dirt and odours without risking damage to delicate fabrics. Please check your care label before choosing this service.
Many garments benefit from dry cleaning, especially those made of natural fibres or delicate fabrics — but always check the care label to confirm suitability.
Our standard laundry and dry-cleaning service aims for 24-hour turnaround, subject to item type and processing requirements. If an item requires longer (e.g., bedding or specialist items), we will do our best to inform you.
